The book is a lovely little novel, it isn’t too long or too short to pick up on a lovely summer’s day. It’s about healing, getting past grief and about forging new friendships and repairing old ones with family and friends and how this one young protagonist finds a way to accomplish this. It’s bitter sweet and well written, it’s a perfect little book for young teens finding their way.
